If it's in a folder somewhere, you'll have to figure out which one it saved it to. If this is the case, you'll have to open some kind of image program and click 'paste' and then it'll show up and you can save it. It'll be like it copied some text, except it's an image. Does PC Fallout 3 have a built in option to take a screencap? Or do you have to do it by using some kind of keyboard hotkey (like printscreen)? I haven't used a Windows in a while, but screencaps are either automatically saved into a folder (Macs do this), or copied to your clipboard. However, I haven't been able to find them. So I've taken screenshots of me playing Fallout 3 on PC, and it tells me the screenshot was created.
